Event Overview

An easy and low impact way to engage donors.  Easily access printable bingo cards for in-person or "zoom" bingo.  Some team captains also choose to use bingo as a slow paced game, revealing numbers a few times a week over the course of the campaign

This is an easy event for anyone to do, either in-person or virtually.

What you'll need to run this event

Before Event

  1. Review this document, and this website and decide how you want to create your board and run your game
  2. Decide how you want to charge entry to play (pledge form submitted, $1/board, etc.)
  3. Email to invite people to play
  4. Create/Get Awards /Prizes for Winner(s)

During Event

  1. If doing an in-person event, setup of space for event
  2. Play the game and hand out any prizes
  3. Track "paying" attendees at event
  4. Breakdown/Cleanup of event
  5. Complete Event Report Form
    1. 2 volunteers count cash and checks, initial/record on event report form
  6. Find SECU branch near you to get FREE cashier check for cash amount
    1. If unable to get the same day as event, lock up cash/checks overnight
  7. Mail cashier check to SECC
