Event Overview
This sale is not just for baking anymore! Make this event any food you want for a fun office sale where everyone walks away with some goodies to eat and feelin' great they supported a local charity. Just choose what you want to sell and find all the best chefs/bakers, etc in your office to bring something in.
What you'll need to run this event
Before Event
- Pick what food you want to sell and how pricing will work
- Pick a day (or multiple days) for your sale
- Email to let everyone know about the sale and what will be offered
- Get materials depending on food (plates, bowls, tablecloths, bibs, etc.)
- Sign up volunteers for support (setup, cleanup, etc.)
During and After Event
- Setup and price everything
- Track "paying" attendees to event
- Cleanup
- Complete Event Report Form
- 2 volunteers count cash and checks, initial/record on event report form
- Find SECU branch near you to get FREE cashier check for cash received
- If unable to get the same day as event, lock up cash/checks overnight
- Mail cashier check to SECC

- Food supplies such as bowls, plates, utensils

***For supplies delivery, please fill out request at least 7 biz days before event. Pickup of supplies available in Durham until day before event***
